No export dance, no sync service, no “where did my photos go.” One file per job carries the report, Florida forms, equipment log and every photo.
Each .inspecx is a ZIP package holding the manifest, the inspection data and the photo tree. Attached Florida 4-point and wind mitigation forms travel in the same file, each still exporting its own PDF. Standalone Florida forms and equipment reports are the same format with a holder marker — everything opens through the same Open button, recents list, or double-click.
Copy the file. That is the whole procedure — USB stick, network share, external drive, or your own cloud folder. Install the app on the second device you operate, sign in with the same account, and open the copied file. No re-upload, no re-linking photos — and no second purchase.
You own retention: delete a job file and it is gone, so back up the folder the way you back up anything important. A 200-photo job runs roughly 1–3 GB with originals, so size your destination accordingly. If the app closes with unsaved work, it asks Save, Don't Save or Cancel — and continuous autosave plus dashboard recovery can bring back the working draft even when you never hit Save.
After cancelling a subscription, by the way, the same rule applies: the app locks, but your .inspecx files stay on your computer and reopen when you resubscribe.
