Install & activate

Run the installer. It’s currently unsigned, so SmartScreen shows “unknown publisher” → More info → Run anyway. Per-user install, pick folder, desktop + Start-menu shortcuts, registers .inspecx.
Trial runs automatically for 3 days. Bought a subscription? Open the app → sign in (Settings → Account, or the lock screen) → Windows buyers paste the key once to link it → unlock export & print. Internet needed once, then fully offline.
To move PCs, copy your .inspecx files — main report plus any attached Florida forms and the equipment log travel in the one file, no re-upload needed.

SHA-256: publish in GitHub Releases. macOS DMG / Linux AppImage: roadmap. One installer — the Trial app becomes the full version when activated.
