1. Download the app

Windows 10/11 x64 — the same Trial installer; signing in unlocks it. Android app on Google Play included in the same subscription.

2. Sign in + link your key (once)

Open the app → Settings → Account (or the lock screen) → sign in with your email and enter the emailed code. Then paste the license key once to link it — it’s bound to your account from then on. Can’t find it? Open the customer portal with your checkout email → Licenses → copy key. Still stuck? Email support.

3. Activate + do your first inspection

1. Install → open InspectDeck → sign in → Activate this installation (one of your 2 slots).
2. Dashboard → New inspection → pick Residential Pre-Sale.
3. Dashboard → Front of property photo → add Company logo → export a test PDF.
