Rental move-in and move-out inspections, settled fast

Deposit disputes are almost always documentation disputes. A room-by-room condition record with photos ends them before they start.

On the dashboard, rentals share one “Rental condition report” card — pick move-in or move-out when prompted. Same structure both times, which is exactly what you want: the move-out reads directly against the move-in instead of living in a differently-shaped document.

Condition, not commentary

Walk each room and record condition per space with findings where it matters. The Furnishings comment category covers furnished-unit inventory and condition, and Styles & Materials records per-section details once so they print at the top of each report section. At move-out, the same file structure makes deltas obvious — no archaeology through old PDFs.

Photos settle it

Photograph everything, especially what is already worn: import per finding, mark up the scuff, the chip, the carpet edge, and keep moving. Thumbnails keep the job fast even with whole-property coverage, and the rental report style prints the condition record plus the equipment age log where relevant. One .inspecx per tenancy, landlord copy and tenant copy from the same source of truth.
