Please include

  • Device model + Android version (Settings → About phone).
  • App version (Play Store → InspectDeck → App info, or in-app Settings → About).
  • Steps to reproduce (1-2-3), what you expected vs. what happened.
  • Screenshot or screen recording for anything visual.
  • For crashes: what you were doing just before, and whether it happens every time.

What happens next

We acknowledge every closed-test report within one business day, reproduce it on our side, and prioritize crashes and data-loss issues first. If we need more detail (a sample file, a log, a retest on a new build) we reply to your email. Summary fixes ship in the next test build and are noted in the Play release notes.

Privacy: reports are used only to fix the app. See Android privacy policy. Inspection content stays on your device — only send us what you choose to attach.
