How does the trial work?

Download the free Trial build — 3 days, full inspection features except export & print, no card required. When you subscribe, paste the license key from your receipt email into the app (Help → License…) and everything unlocks. Your trial inspections carry over.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancelling turns off auto-renewal — you will never be charged again. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for (month or year). Afterwards the app locks — you cannot open, edit, or export until you resubscribe. Your .inspecx files stay on your computer. Resubscribe anytime to reactivate.

Can I get an invoice / VAT receipt?

Yes — Lemon Squeezy issues compliant invoices, handles EU/UK/US sales tax & VAT, and stores them in your portal. You can add company name + VAT ID at checkout.

How do I install on a second PC?

Your license allows installation on machines you operate (e.g. office + field laptop). Download the installer on the second machine and enter the same license key. Jobs move as single .inspecx files.

Monthly or annual — which should I pick?

Same software, same unlimited everything. Monthly ($59/mo) is flexible; Annual ($599/yr) saves $109 and means one invoice a year. Start monthly and switch to annual in the customer portal whenever you like — or the other way around.

Do you offer team pricing?

One subscription covers one active inspector. If you need 3+ seats, contact us about multi-seat billing.

Refunds?

The free 3-day Trial build lets you evaluate before paying. After subscribing, contact support within 24 hours of the charge for a good-faith refund — monthly or annual.
