Five systems, photo proof for each, then the Florida form practically fills itself. The retyping step most tools force on you simply does not exist here.
Start from the four-point template — five sections, purpose-built — or open the Standard findings version from the template picker. Work the four systems plus roof in order: HVAC age off the data plate (decode the serial on the spot), electrical panel with legible labeling, plumbing including the water heater plate, and roof covering. The Insurance comment category holds carrier-relevant wording, and every insert stays editable.
Shoot what the carrier's reviewer needs, not what looks nice: panel with labels legible, water-heater and HVAC data plates straight-on, roof geometry, opening-protection labels, attic connections. Attach each photo to its finding as you go and mark it up in place — the full checklist lives in what underwriters want in photos.
Back at the truck, set the property state to Florida and attach the 4-point add-on to the same inspection. Address, client and company information autofill onto the form — verify every field — and the add-on exports its own flattened PDF while the whole job stays in the one .inspecx. Add wind mitigation the same way when the order calls for both. Always attach the official carrier or state form version in effect on the inspection date: these workflows document findings for underwriting only and do not replace the official form.
